Architecture
Our Architecture Studio provides a comprehensive service where it is intended to meet the needs of our clients in terms of creating functional and visually harmonious homes. Our designs are born as a result of the synergies between clients and the architect, resulting in a high technical precision work and careful aesthetics.
Design
We design architectural proposals that are based on the fusion of the personality and tastes of the clients together with architectural coherence, to obtain contemporary and avant-garde properties. The result is the obtaining of new spaces and volumes that give shape to bright homes with simple and balanced lines.
Engineering
Our main objective as technicians is to combine the application of the most technologically advanced materials with beauty and usefulness in our Projects. The ultimate goal is to achieve the best result in terms of cost-efficiency, adding value to the works we plan and manage.
Town Planning
We develop the whole range of aspects of urban planning, such as planning, management and advice to individuals and companies in the presentation of allegations to General Plans, Partial Plans, etc. Environmental sustainability in urban planning is our company’s commitment to contribute to the development of our society.
¿What do our latest clients think about us?
Arquitectura ALONE drafted a judicial expert opinion for the problems caused by the construction company in a Community of Owners of Alicante. We won the trial and obtained the compensation that was due to us. Very satisfied with their work.
They quickly wrote the Building Evaluation Report (Informe de Evaluación de Edificios) for our Community of Owners. They were in charge of carrying out all the procedures before the corresponding organizations and the neighbors were able to completely disengage. Thanks.
Very personal treatment with clients, highly fluid communication. Very grateful for their work and the result has been spectacular. We already have a ceiling for the next 50 years, at least 😉
