Activity License

An Opening Project, also known as an Activity Project, is a specific technical document carried out by a competent technician. Said Project is a minimum and essential requirement to obtain from the City Council the municipal license that allows the opening of a business or activity in a specific place or recital.

This Project justifies that the establishment, the planned facilities, the design of the premises and the development of the activity itself comply with the regulations and current regulations. Generally, the Activity Project contains a Report, Specifications, Budget, Safety Study and Plans in which all the characteristics of the establishment are indicated: dimensions, distribution, modifications to be carried out, facilities, cost of the works and description of the activity develop.

The processing of the Opening Project must be carried out previously (or in parallel) to the Works Project in case the premises should be adapted to be able to develop the activity in question, in order to avoid inconsistencies between Project and Execution.
