The valuation of real estate and land is the determination of their market value. That is, how much money a potential buyer is willing to pay on said good.

Another example is when there is a change in the use, classification or qualification of the land, since it entails a radical change in the price per square meter.

Multiple factors are necessary to carry out an objective assessment: surface area, classification, qualification, location, shape, use, structure, services … In general, any characteristic that may have an impact on the value of the property.
