Demolition Project

The Demolition Project is a plan developed by an architect or a technical architect to demolish a building without affecting the environment.

Within this Project the descriptive memory must be included, which explains in detail the reason for the demolition; the environmental memory on the affectation of the area; the specifications for the work to be carried out, its budget, the work plans, the basic health and safety study, the waste management program and a deamidation plan (if applicable).

This Project must be processed by the person in charge of the work, developer or builder, before the municipal authority. It is necessary to take into account that each city council sets its requirements, without there being a unified legal framework. Its execution and the processing of permits may take 3 to 6 months, and the major work license and declaration of ruin may be mandatory.
